Wee-Nastics
18 Months to 3 Years
Class Length: 30 minutes This program provides your child an opportunity to explore the wonderful world of gymnastics with the security of a parent. The class is designed to develop strength, balance, self-esteem, coordination, and social interaction. Mom and Dad are there to encourage and play right along. |

Pre-Nastics
3-4 Years, 4-5 Years
Class Length: 40 minutes This program is an outstanding way for parents to provide their children with a proven physical and social enhancement program. The children are able to get lots of help and positive reinforcement with a student teacher ratio of 7:1. |

Gymnastics I
1st Grade and Up
Class Length: 55 minutes Gymnastics (grade 1 & up) is an action packed class that keeps students moving. They will learn the basics of tumbling and trampoline in a self-esteem enhancing environment. Our instructors break down skills into small steps so that the students can find many successes on their way to achieving the many skills they will be exposed to. This level participates in our skill progression program. |

Gymnastics II
3rd Grade and Up
Class Length: 1 hour 25 minutes In Gymnastics (grade 3 & up) our boys and girls are divided by age and ability. The boys learn skills on the 6 Olympic events for men: floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars and high bar. Girls learn skills on the 4 Olympic events for women: balance beam, uneven bars, floor and vault. At this level, gymnasts start connecting skills. This prepares them for the various skill combinations required in their specific level's routines. This level participates in our skill progression program. |

Cheer-Nastics
7th Grade and Up
Class Length: 1 hour 30 minutes Cheer-Nastics is for cheerleaders, dancers and anyone else who wants to focus on their tumbling and jumps. In our program we also incorporate conditioning, flexibility, and techniques that help give our students a competitive edge in their sport. |

Pre-Team
Boys and Girls Level 3*
Class Length: determined by Instructor Pre-Team gymnasts continue to develop and refine their skills in a more individualized instruction. Competitive readiness is emphasized through skill development, but joining the competitive team is not a requirement. * Team and Pre-Team- Ages will vary depending on gymnastics ability |

Competitive/Exhibition Team
Boys and Girls Level 4 and Up*
Class Length: Determined by Instructor Team is where our young gymnasts decide to pursue the sport of gymnastics as a competitive activity. Monterey Peninsula Gymnastics Center is very active in the California and surrounding states at all levels of completion. MPGC follows all USA Gymnastics guidelines for entrance into the competitive program. Entry level is at skill Level 4. Children may audition by invitation only. * Team and Pre-Team- Ages will vary depending on gymnastics ability |
