Gymnast qualifies to 2006 Future Stars National Championships
Lord of the Rings - Feb. 9, 2008
Our compulsory boys competed at the Lord of the Rings competition and are doing very well! Ryan, level 5,
placed 1st on Pommel Horse and scored a 9.0 on Vault. Kyle, level 4, scored above a 9 on both rings and vault.
Congratulations for a job well done!
Tidal Wave Classic - Feb. 2-3, 2008
At the Tidal Wave Classic, our level 9 team had a strong showing, placing third in the level 8-10 division.
Isaac placed 2nd on floor and rings and 3rd on high bar. Coleman placed 3rd on vault. Both Isaac and
Coleman competed in the level 9 12-13 age group. Tyler, level 9 14+, placed 1st on pommel horse and
parallel bars and came in at 2nd on floor, rings, vault, high bar and all-around. Our compulsory boys,
Ryan (level 5) and Kyle (level 4), did great as well. Both scored over a 9.2 on vault!
Top Flight Invitational - Jan. 20, 2008
Our boys gymnastics team did well at their second (for some their first) competition of the 2008 season.
Isaac, a level 9, placed second on Pommel Horse, Parallel Bars and High Bar and came in at third overall.
Coleman, also a level 9, tied for second with Isaac on High Bar. Tyler placed 4th on Vault, Rings and
Parallel Bars as a level 9 as well. Ryan, a level 5, scored a 9.05 on Vault and Kyle, a level 4, placed 4th on
Floor and High Bar. Great job!
